INQUEST
Part of the Stelliant group, INQUEST is involved in the entire risk chain, serving companies of all sizes. Engineers in several fields of expertise, they provide services in risk assessment and prevention, auditing, training, crisis management, customised support and feedback. Whether it is a cybersecurity incident, financial risks, technical investigations or steps following an accident or fire, INQUEST and its consultants formulate solutions to prevent, repair and consolidate, in France and internationally.

Delegation
Cellinks
Established in 2006 and subsidiary of the Stelliant group, Cellinks develops claims management solutions for French and international insurers. As Crawford’s representative in France for its TPA activity, Cellink is also able to set up, according to the needs of its insurer and broker clients, tailor-made solutions for total (pure player) or partial delegation.
Voxens
Founded in 2009 in Rouen, France, Voxens is a growth integrator offering omnichannel solutions covering the entire customer relationship cycle. With more than 300 employees, its cross-channel marketing and telemarketing activities cover both B2C and B2B. Voxens stands out in the insurance market thanks to its innovative strength and expertise: chatbot, callbot, collaborative management platform, etc. With 30 years of experience in the insurance industry thanks to its integration within the Stelliant group, Voxens now offers insurance professionals (brokers & agents) a unique know-how through trained employees as well as solutions adapted to the insurance sector.
After loss solutions
GEOP x AAD PHENIX
As a leading player in post-loss solutions for over 20 years, GEOP x PHENIX, a subsidiary of the Stelliant group, offers a full range of services for policyholders who have suffered a loss: in-kind repair services, non-destructive leak detection, decontamination of individual homes or industrial sites, drying of volumes and materials, etc. Spread throughout France, in 29 agencies, its 420 employees combine technical skills and proximity to mobilise as quickly as possible. Located in the Paris region, our single multi-trade entry point supervises the entire management process, from making an appointment to closing the file. Working closely with our agencies, it guarantees responsiveness and quality of exchanges and measures our clients’ satisfaction as part of a continuous improvement process. For each of the 45,000 cases handled per year, our teams are committed to combining appropriate solutions and quality of execution in order to save what can be saved.
GEOSYNTHESE
Founded in 2008 and a subsidiary of the Stelliant group, Geosynthese offers insurers and project owners complementary services to the expertise on the repair process. As part of the After Claims Solutions business line, Geosynthesis provides complementary services to the expertise on the repair process of technically intensive construction claims on behalf of construction insurers, property managers and major project owners. This consultancy brings together experienced engineers who provide specialised engineering services in geotechnics, infrastructure and superstructure in the field of After Damage Solutions. The mission consists of carrying out technical diagnoses and developing remedial solutions at the design and execution stages, in parallel with the loss adjusting.
EMTS
For 25 years, EMTS has been a recognised specialist in the management of complex, high-stakes projects, before or after disasters, in industrial and tertiary environments. The company has also demonstrated its ability to provide solutions for large-scale operational crises. A subsidiary of the Stelliant group, EMTS currently has 30 employees and has developed major strengths in three main activities
- Environment: engineering in polluted sites and soils, air hygiene monitoring, decontamination work, hazardous waste collection, etc.
- Construction management: engineering in specific demolition, dismantling and asbestos removal. Project management and monitoring of work execution.
- Salvage: engineering specialising in post-disaster decontamination, materials expertise, image recording and 3D modelling, etc.
QANTEX
Formed in 2011, Qantex, a subsidiary of the Stelliant group, is a construction economics firm. Its twenty employees assist construction professionals (insurers, companies, etc.) in estimating, verifying, optimising and controlling the cost of repair work. Intervening in all types of files, particularly within the regulatory framework imposed by the CRAC agreement. Qantex is a genuine service that complements the expertise. Its construction economists offer an appropriate response to the challenges faced by clients and a technical approach linked to the nature of the claim. Qantex’s teams, spread throughout France, ensure the satisfaction of their clients thanks to a quality service that also combines responsiveness, technical expertise and a relationship of trust.
