With everyone’s help during the previous containment, especially with the mobilization of our teams and their ability to adapt, we were able to maintain our activity and the service you deserve. Once again, as our country is going through the middle of the second wave of another exceptional health crisis, we will accompany you and your customers.

Insurance services remain essential activities. Therefore, we will ensure compliance with your expectations by providing you with concrete solutions regardless of the complexity of the files.

Every activity of Stelliant pursues itself and notably those of the fields loss adjusters and professionals: On-site assessments, Investigations, In-kind repairs, Decontamination, Leak detection… in the respect of the sanitary protocols defined in agreement with the FSE and other federations. The details of the measures (protection kit, insured protocols, etc.) will be communicated to you by your usual contacts.

At the same time, our offices remain open in order to secure the telephone reception, welcome our new employees in the best possible conditions and support those who are in training. In order to preserve the health of our teams, face-to-face work will alternate with teleworking for administrative functions. We will strictly comply with collective and individual health regulations.

Since the beginning of this crisis, our priorities have been the same: to protect our employees, to protect your customers, to keep the promise we made to you, to preserve the skills and know-how as well as the economic and financial solidity of the Group in order to come out of the crisis together and stronger.
