The Stelliant group celebrated a major milestone in its history on November 22, 2023 in Chauny, marking a significant milestone in its partnership with the ROSSEL France group.
Paris, 11/23/2023 — As part of its ongoing local anchoring approach, the Stelliant group, via its Customer Relations & TPA division, hosted a notable event on November 22, 2023 in Chauny, in collaboration with the ROSSEL France group. On this occasion, the teams were able to celebrate the Rossel France group’s call for tenders for the management of their entire customer relationship, won by Stelliant Customer Relations & TPA. This success follows a relationship of trust, built over decades.
Stelliant & Rossel France: a historical link
For over 10 years, Voxens – an entity of the Stelliant Relation Client & TPA division – has been working closely with La Voix du Nord – an entity of the Rossel France group – on the commercial side of its activities. After a strategic refocusing of the Rossel France group’s activities in 2023, the latter decided to delegate all of its activities related to the management of its customer relations (incoming and outgoing calls, emails, mail processing, back office and administration of exchanges with subscribers). It is in this context that Voxens decided to respond to this call for tenders. This collaboration is now strengthened, with Stelliant Relation Client & TPA now managing all of the interactions for the Rossel France group.
At the heart of local revitalization
By choosing to set up this new activity on the Stelliant Relation Client & TPA production site in Chauny in the Aisne, the Stelliant group wishes to highlight the synergy between major regional entities for the economic and social revitalization of the territory. This collaboration with the Rossel France group also illustrates the added value of a regional and local media group, which is actively involved in the social fabric and local economic development.
In the past, Chauny has always been a center of excellence in the customer relations profession. Over the years, many had been forced to move away or change profession due to a lack of local employment. Thanks to this revitalization, the Stelliant group was able to offer more than 90% of the world’s experienced customer relations talents to return to the region.
Recently established, the Stelliant Relation Client & TPA teams are optimizing an existing site and undertaking redevelopment work with the aim of guaranteeing above all the working comfort of employees. Several tens of thousands of euros have been invested in IT equipment, access controls, cleaning the air handling systems and refreshing the paintwork. Other projects are underway to make this site a pleasant workplace for everyone.
